Poster design

I create concept-led posters, key art and campaigns for film, theatre productions, festivals, music artists, record labels and more. I develop ideas to give each project its own strong and distinctive visual presence.

When I was a kid my bedroom walls were plastered with movie posters. Hand-drawn universes I’d vanish into for hours. My favourites were Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Return of the Jedi, and A Nightmare on Elm Street (yeah, I was way too young for Freddy). I’d sit there staring, trying to imagine what was happening just outside the frame. That same sense of wonder still shapes every design I make.

The real job of a poster is to make a complete stranger care about something they’ve never seen. Whether it’s hanging in a cinema lobby, on a theatre wall, or as a tiny streaming thumbnail, it’s got a few seconds to pull someone in. That’s the part I love, and it’s what I focus on delivering.

I always start with the work itself: the story, the tone, the people, whatever makes it interesting. From there I look for the idea that actually fits. No formulas, no one-size-fits-all. Just a clear, considered visual that feels right for the project and works hard for it, whether it’s a festival film, theatrical release, streaming title or stage show.

What you get is something that doesn’t just look good. It creates intrigue, sets the right atmosphere, and gives your project a strong first impression that helps it stand out.
