As Tayto Park goes from strength to strength, it’s fun trying to guess what will come next: a herd of bison, a raptor display, animatronic dinosaurs, carousels – new attractions every year, each requiring new design work and a place on the increasingly full site map!

In 2015 the most ambitious attraction yet was completed – The Cú Chulainn Roller Coaster, named after Ireland’s most famous mythical superhero. With a top speed of 90km/h this 1,092 metre ride carries up to 700 thrill-seekers per hour, making it Europe’s largest wooden roller coaster.
